The Location
Hightrees is located within the exquisite Terrace Ridge, an exclusive gated community set in the Florida countryside adjacent to lakes and forest. This small friendly community is only minutes from all the theme parks and attractions of the region, including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World. Championship golf courses are only a stone’s throw away. Being just 2 miles from the I-4 makes travel to both the Gulf and Atlantic coasts possible within an hour.
 Condo or Villa?
In a community like Terrace Ridge you get a proper sized pool and deck area, and the kids have a lot more outdoor space to run around in safely - they’ll love playing with the other guests. You can make the most of the shared facilities, meet other guests and make new friends, swap holiday experiences and share tips. You can’t do that in a villa!
Condo or Hotel Room?
It’s also better than a hotel because you have a fully featured private home to relax in when you want to. And if you want a lazy start one day, there’s no need to get up & out in time for the maid. How many hotels will give you 3 large bedrooms, a full kitchen, and your own private dining room and lounge?
