The condo more than exceeded our expectations from the website. There was everything we needed and lots of little touches to make it really feel like home. The pool was fantastic, the kids were in it as much as possible when we weren't tired out from the parks. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone and Simon was also incredibly helpful in helping us prepare for our first visit to the USA.

We loved everything about your condo. My two granddaughters wanted to write you something in your book, telling you how much they liked the condo. We got to go to Disney World for 4 days and Universal Studios for 2 days. Harry Potter was our favorite at Universal and we all loved Epcot. Our schedule was full but we enjoyed all of it. We had a wonderful stay at the Hightrees condo. Our 3 bedroom unit was in great condition with all items working well; washer/dryer, internet, TVs, phone, dishwasher, A/C etc.
The unit is quiet and well decorated. Everything that you need for a great vacation is provided, including a pack’n’play crib and a high chair for the baby.
The complex is quiet and well maintained. The pool was clean and big. Parking was always available just outside of the elevator to our 3rd floor unit. The elevator was crucial with baby strollers and shopping bags.
This was our second stay at this property and both experiences were outstanding. The value for money compared to hotel chains is superb.
It took us between 10-15 minutes to go from the condo parking lot to Disney parking lots. Publix grocery store and other stores/restaruants are about one mile away.
You can't go wrong staying in this unit. We will stay here again next year.

I loved being there and I felt so at home. You had everything we needed at our fingertips. Thank you so much. I have already told several people about your condo and my family have already been talking about returning next year. I rate your place a 4 star. The location couldn't have been better. Hi Simon. We had a wonderful vacation in Florida. Thanks so much for renting us your condo for the week and for being so helpful and accommodating with all our needs and desires! You were so helpful answering our many questions so quickly. The kids loved the pool and I enjoyed the treadmill and hot tub. The condo was spacious enough for the five of us and we're glad we chose an apartment over a cramped hotel room or even a house with a tiny pool. (What can you do with such a tiny, backyard pool anyway?)

I was planning to drop you a note to let you know how much we appreciated the condo. It was so much better than staying in a hotel! The location was excellent, an easy drive to Disneyworld, Busch Gardens, Clearwater Bay and golf. We had never been to Busch Gardens before and loved it. Our son in law is a golf pro and he was talking of maybe getting a group of golfers together for a trip; so we may take you up on reletting the condo. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the condo to friends and family.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable to be able to have my family all hang out in the same room verses finding a common area in a hotel. I liked the fact that we could all sit and have breakfast together before heading out to Disney. All in all it was very affordable and well orientated for me and my family. It is located in a convenient location near Walt Disney And Universal Studios (the most fun places in the world!). The pool is great for Florida's hot weather. We have been to Orlando on many occasions, and we at one time owned a villa ourselves very close by Hightrees. We found your villa to be of an excellent standard, very easy access from both airports, good shopping facilities, easy access to all the parks, close to all the restaurants but at the same time in a quiet location. The condo was clean and well decorated, comfortable lounge furniture and beds. We would be more than happy to book this condo again.

Our family of five had a great stay in this condo. The property is well taken care of and the access to I-4 is so easy! Hightrees is in a new development but groceries are only a short distance away, and Kissemee is a quick drive up the road also: Lots of places to eat, shop or mini-put there. Our family enjoyed the pool and "club house" with it's game room.

We had a wonderful time and the accommodations were better than we expected. We loved everything about the condo. It was so close and easy to get to Disney World and had a grocery store and good restaurants so close that we didn't have to venture out too far when we didn't feel like it. The pool and hot tub were great too and we enjoyed the games room on a few evenings. We had a bit of trouble figuring out how to get our laptop going but called for help and the caretaker was there in 10 min. to help us out. He was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Florida.

We spent the Friday at Cocoa Beach and watched the shuttle launch. That was awesome. Many thanks for the kind donation, we all had a great time. We named this holiday our Eating Holiday. Every portion was huge and we all need to lose some weight. Our favorite eating place for breakfast - The Golden Coral - terrific value.

We had a wonderful time in Florida and your accommodation played a part in our experience. We have always stayed in hotel suites and this was our first condo rental for a vacation. We very much enjoyed the space and ability to eat healthy meals we could prepare ourselves rather than relying on all restaurant food. Your condo was roomy and the decorations charming - especially the children's room with the Mickey theme. We availed ourselves of the pool and game room one day and enjoyed that also. It was also a plus to be so near a grocery store.

We had a great time, everything went smoothly. We hadn't realised just how conveniently placed you were for everything (Parks, restaurants, Publix, etc). The boys loved the pool, and we loved the condo, everything was perfect. Some excitement over tropical storm Fay and (warm) rain meant we had waterparks to ourselves so no queueing! Thank you to you and Deanna for the opportunity to stay in your wonderful condo, and I am confident that we will be regular future visitors! We stayed on Sanibel for our 2nd week, and checked out of our hotel to rent a condo following our experience at Hightrees.

We enjoyed your condo very much. When we entered the condo our first impression was very good, we felt very welcome. It had the WOW! effect and we greatly appreciated its proximity to Walt Disney.
We found your prompt attention to all our inquiries (including your telephone call back in the early communication) very reassuring as this was our first experience in renting a condo.

- DVDs and books available
- crib was available as requested
- overal decor in the condo
- close proximity to parks and shops (but we felt miles away!)

Your condo was very nice overall. We have stayed in other condos on Terrace Ridge but yours was the best. Thanks for having the carpets professionally cleaned. I have asthma and am allergic to everything in the air but I had no problems in the condo. The patio furniture was nice. I am amazed at the construction of the condo. After sleeping on the bed for two months I had no back aches or sleepless nights!
